Use this page as a walking map for one strip. If you want courtyards and live pubs south-west of the city, use West End. How this night differs from West End
A Valley Saturday is denser late rooms and club floors. The risk is arriving without a last-room plan and bouncing between doors on Brunswick Street and Ann Street. A West End Saturday is dinner-to-pub without crossing the river twice — courtyards, live rooms, a neighbourhood tempo. Treating West End as a quieter Valley is how groups end up in a taxi looking for a floor that is not there.
The city hub’s comparison is the honest one: use the Valley when you already know the night is a club night; use West End when you want a walking neighbourhood. Do not add both after midnight unless the last room was always on the other side of the river.

Walking the Valley
