Netherlands knockout, Armin van Buuren took centre stage this week with the video release of his latest masterpiece, ‘Drowning’ (featuring Laura V.). The music video, from newly released Armin Only, left fans across the globe reeling for more from the DJ. The video release comes just one year after Armin lost his three year title of DJ Magazine’s number one DJ. It seems the dutch disk jockey is out to prove he hasn’t lost his touch.
The clip, which features a number of (really, really, ridiculously good-looking) characters experiencing different moments of ‘drowning’, boasts more than a meer accompaniment to the techno track.
The progressive trance prince ties strong narrative to a club simulation, leaving the audience dancing in their chairs (or perhaps not even in their chairs at all).
Take a look at Van Buuren’s latest track to hit both the dance floor, and the music video circuit.
