While being able to party an extra day on the weekend is fab, it can take a toll on your body especially in winter. Here are my tips for recovery for you four day week.
It is a well-know fact that once you wake up to feel the initial pangs of a hangover, you have reached the point of no return. The rest of your day is gone (sometimes even the following), and you are soon to descend into the epitome of shittiness. There is nothing you can do about it.
