How far we going back…. Way Back. Come May 17th, 2012 you’ll be forgiven thinking its 1990 with one of the most well known names in Hip Hop, Public Enemy, gracing the stage at the Esplanade Hotel as part of the Melbourne leg of their national tour celebrating 20 years in the business of ripping shit up!!!!
Equally as well known for their rap, as well as their political and social commentary, the boys who made wearing a clock cool will be taking things to the next level alongside some Seth Sentry and Psyde Project, some up and comers on the Aussie scene.
Since the release of their epic debut album ‘Yo Bum Rush The Show’ in 1987, PUBLIC ENEMY, have been making the music that makes the world listen; propelled by all the passion, urgency and electrifying performances that have made them one of the most critically-lauded groups in contemporary music.
The clock is counting down (pun intended) to May 17, 2020 so make sure you get involved and be a part of what could be your last chance to see Public Enemy live and in the flesh.
St Kilda is going to be pumping so get down to the Espy and amongst it!!!
