The music video for House maestro David Guetta’s latest single ‘Titanium’, featuring Australian singer Sia, has finally been released worldwide. Following the footsteps of Guetta’s recent tracks ‘Sweat’ and ‘Without You’, the ‘Titanium’ video is destined to be popular amongst Australian House lovers as well.
The music video has taken the song’s lyrics of being as strong as titanium against adversity literately by depicting the plight of a schoolboy running away from authorities after it’s discovered he has supernatural powers that can cause destruction and has to rely on both his powers and his wits to escape. It could be viewed as a homage to the X-Men movies, but on a much smaller scale.
With the single having peaked at #5 on the ARIA charts, the music video has had similar success already having had just shy of 300,000 views since being uploaded on YouTube on December 20. Considering an older video with just the song itself has had 34.5 million views already, it won’t take long for the official music video to leave all other videos of the song in the dust.
