Birdee Num Nums- Queensland

I’m Mick and I’m a chef from New Zealand. I moved to Aussie and now reside in Brisbane (Qld).
They (locals) call this place Brisvegas, but I’ve never seen Vegas so can’t compare… but I can say that my favourite place to party is definitely Birdee Num Nums in Fortitude Valley.
This place is firstly a backpackers hostel… convenient hey, but at night turns into a club. There are two areas to the venue, outdoor is the deck with the lounges and inside is the dance floor.
It’s easy enough to get around this club because it’s only one level and pretty well spaced out. Drink line is short because there’s two bars catering for us.
I drink there because of the great atmosphere. It’s a casual venue right in the Valley hub, but you don’t need to get overly dressed up there to get in (typical backpackers bar). I got in with a hat on which is rare for the Valley.
I go there after work on a Friday or Saturday night, have a few Jagers and see where the night takes me.
