The Cottesloe Beach Hotel is located on the most desired street in Perth, Marine Parade in Cottesloe. Overlooking the magnificent Indian Ocean, the Cottesloe Beach Hotel (affectionately known as “The Cott”) has something for everyone and can cater to all needs. Whether it is a relaxing sunset drink, dinner and a beer or a rowdy night out, the Cott has something for people of all ages.
Consisting of three bars, the Cott is home to Cott 104, Verandah Bar, the classic Sunset Bar and of course the truly Western Australian beer garden. All three bars cater for different occasions. Cott 104 is ideal for private functions as it is separated from the rest of the hotel with amazing views. The Verandah bar provides the perfect setting for a beer with friends, the atmosphere is relaxed yet lively with the sea breeze wafting around the room creating a laidback feel to a classically Australian venue.
The Cott is most famous for its popular Tuesday night sessions where the Sunset bar, situated on the top floor of the hotel, is host to a different DJ each week playing the seasons hottest tunes for those perfect balmy summer nights. As the name suggests the sunset bar is an ideal location to watch the sunset while you let of some steam to the DJ’s cool summer songs. Tuesday nights at the Cott entertains a younger crowd, predominantly excited uni students desperate to break up the week on vibrant dance floor by the sea!
The food is reasonably priced, with mains being an average price of $20. On a Tuesday night you can grab yourself a delicious pizza for $10 while you sit back and enjoy the sunset. Drinks are all standard prices for a pint and mixed drinks a steep $12. The beer garden provides a wide range of local and international beers on tap and by the bottle.
The decor of the Cott compliments the atmosphere: classy yet laid back and relaxed. The combination of good food and beverage with the smell of the ocean ever present makes for a uniquely Aussie experience.
