Play Fridays, Melbourne‘s newest Asian night at The Key Club, is having its grand opening real soon and as the name suggests, wants peeps to come out and play to all the top Asian party tunes around.
With two bars in two rooms, an indoor garden room, VIP booths and an exclusive VIP room, Play is going all out on its opening night. With DJs like Donnie, Nova, FMR, Hoesty, Mona Gene, Jon Bling, J Mush, and Lady D (and some special guests!), expect an array of Old School, RnB, Top 40, House and Pop playing over the state of the art speakers and getting everyone friggin’ pumped!
Admission may be a bit steep, but it’s an opening night, so that’s to be expected, with $27 for general admission and $22 if you’re on a guest list. Guys dress high profile and gals dress “fashionably fresh” (whatever that means). There’s a strict gender ratio at this event too; at least Play was honest enough to tell us beforehand!
Opening on Friday 22 February at 10pm, Play is something Melbourne’s Asian partygoers will love, and even if you’re not Asian, but have a thing for Asians, Play would be a good place to pick up.
