Who likes to go out and have fun on the weekend? Or if you are a real party animal, maybe even during the week? But let’s face it, in all reality we need to work our asses off during the week to support our party life on the weekend. It is a vicious cycle!
So you get paid between, lets say $600-$800 per week depending on your job and for a good night out at least half goes towards the continuous poisoning of your liver.
Now whether you are a newbie at this or it is a weekend tradition, you see a shady person walk around the club getting extremely close to a handful of people and shaking on every arrival. Your thoughts? ”Oh, drug dealer!” You get keen, or curious and buy a couple of pills. By this point, three-quarters of your money is gone!
You’ve swallowed your pill like it was a tic-tac, now what?
The High: The consumer may experience confusion, panic, increased temperature, dilated pupils, visual distortions, and nausea.
Explanation: So if you’re anything like me, I don’t need a drug to help me get confused, or increase my temperature, that just happens when you’re in a crowded room and you’re dancing… your temperature automatically rises. And visual distortion? Please! If the strobe lights don’t influence an epileptic fit, then there’s something wrong!
Plateauing: The consumer may experience feeling happy, more awake, relaxed, open, confident, and very talkative.
Explanation: Well, if you were unhappy in the beginning, maybe going out wasn’t the best idea in the first place. Plus, remember no one likes an overly confident person and you will get kicked out of the club for indecent exposure…
The Low: The consumer can feel physically exhausted, depressed, anxious, paranoid, irritable, and to make everything worse if you have taken other drugs including alcohol, the effects will be a lot worse.
Explanation: After every high there is a low that follows. If you like feeling like this then that’s just weird, and maybe you should see someone and not resort to drugs. No one likes an irritable, paranoid, weirdo tagging along in the group!
Enjoy the consequences!
The next day has finally come or you have partied straight into daylight, whichever is the case! How do you feel? Probably not so good. Maybe next time you go out, you have a limit on how much you spend and if you do happen to spot the dealer on the prowl for potential curious newbies you ignore it and continue your night in a safe and happy way. Possibly try and stick to alcohol!
